We respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent:

The notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The exact URL(s) of the material on this website you claim is infringing;
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

Valid notices are processed within two (2) business days of receipt. Infringing material is removed or disabled, and the submitting party of the affected listing is notified where applicable. Repeat infringers lose listing privileges.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address. Upon receipt we may restore the material after the period provided by law.

Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
